Pumpkin Carving

On Halloween, Kevin and I went over to Nate and Lisa's house and passed out candy to trick'or'treaters, and carved pumpkins. Of course the boys didn't want to have anything to do with cleaning out the pumpkin before carving. So, Lisa and I got to play in the pumpkin guts. We had tons of fun being creative. Nate and Lisa had cool pumpkin carving tools that made the process much easier. We also had a visitor come to the door and surprise us. It turned out to be Nate's brother Josh. Great costume man!!

Fun with Friends and Family

On Tuesday, I got to get together with some wonderful people: Mom, Sister, and great family friends Amanda and Leslie, and all of the kiddos. We enjoyed some great lunch at my mommy's and just fun playing with the kiddos and chatting. God has blessed us greatly in being able to stay in touch and continue to enjoy each other's company.
